Exporting Intervention Treatment Lists

The Metrix Asset Management system provides simple functionality for users to export a list of all of their Intervention Treatments to a CSV file.

Info

The following information is included in the CSV export:

  • Treatment Name
  • Treatment Description
  • Cost Method,
  • Unit Rate,
  • UOM
  • Default Useful Life
  • Code (the unique identifier for the treatment for imports)
  • In Use (whether the treatment is currently assigned to any components)

To export a list of all intervention treatments, follow these steps:

  1. Firstly, navigate to the treatments management page (Assets Menu > Treatments).

  2. At the top of the treatments table view, click the ‘Actions’ button (to see additional options)

  3. From the ‘Actions’ menu, choose ‘Export Treatments to CSV’.

  4. Your CSV file will be immediatley compiled and downloaded by your browser. You can now open the file in your preferred spreadsheet/CSV viewing application.
